Portainer Config for Edge Agent APIs

I have Portainer set up and running as an addon on my Home Assistant Raspberry PI 4. I was hoping to use that instance of Portainer to control Docker containers on other servers via a Portainer Edge Agent. However, I am having trouble understanding what is to be entered into the Host field of the Portainer Network configuration field. Any help would be greatly appreciated…

not sure portainer agent will have external access and why do you need to used portainer edge agent? In my case, I control all my docker via a single portainer via docker API + TLS and it works great.
