I’m running hass.io,
I noticed that mdi does not have an angle icon (for sun elevation), but they are progressing one, so temporarily I used one of their image files and stored it in my local www directory. The image, when loaded was the wrong colour and size so I edited the image and got what I wanted.
I reloaded home assistant and the image did NOT update. So I changed the file name and the red envelope to it in customisations and then reloaded Ha.
It updated and showed the new image.

Try using CTRL+F5 to force reload of the page or clean your browser’s cache.

I was using chrome and had gone in to clear the cache.
BUT I was also stupid as it defaults to only clearing only the last hour … duh !!!
