I am just starting with my HA journey, I am in a rented home that, I assume used to have an ADT security system. There is no branding of that but every single window and door has these sensors on them. The model is SIXMINICT2A. I attached some photos.
They don’t show up under Zwave or Zigbee, based on my quick googling it looks like they use some proprietary protocol. All this to say I have 17 windows/doors on the first floor all with these sensors on them. I don’t need that many but they are already there.
Is there any hub I can buy or, maybe reflash these or something. Would rather use what’s here than make it all e-waste

I assume there’s no HA integration with whatever Hub ADT or whoever used to install these? If I have to buy some hub to get them to integrate that’s ok
If it’s ADT, they sell services, not hardware. I mean, you pay for the hardware, but they really want that monthly fee. So there is likely no hub you could buy that would get you HA integration. I did a quick search, and I’m not seeing any ADT cloud integration either, so even if you pay the monthly fee you probably can’t get anything into HA.
Shame, thanks for also researching. I couldn’t find anything either, just figured they are all already installed, would be a waste if I couldn’t try to reuse them
Not sure how deep you want to go down the road of obtaining a SDR radio and single-handedly reverse engineering the protocol, or searching deeper for somebody that has trod this path before.
Hint: That FCC ID should lead you to identify the frequency they use.
