I just updated to Supervisor v220. If I have “Always hide the sidebar” enabled under my profile, when on the new Supervisor page the 3 lines in the upper left are gone. It’s still working for “Developer Tools” and “Configuration”.
The hamburger menu is indeed gone on the new supervisor page.
