Possible to create "past" data?

Hello everyone,
usually, when an integration creates a datapoint, it is linked to the date of writing/time of state change.
Is it possible to write data for a past date?

E.g. is it possible to write a datapoint with value x and a date of e.g. 01.01.2022?

No chance of e.g. getting stored sensor data into HA? Only new data?

Only way is to insert it directly into the database.
