Possible to power Wemos D1 mini from Sonoff Basic?

I am planning to use Wemos D1 mini (with sensors attached) about 1 meter from place where I already have Sonoff Basic wired. There are not wall sockets around so it would be ideal to power Wemos from Sonoff Basic 5V:

Pros are no need to have additional 220V->5V adapter making all the setup more compact.
Are there some serious considerations?

Please share your thoughts and expertise if it is possible and how?

Isn’t the sonoff plugged into an outlet? For safety, I would just use the same outlet with a usb power plug.

You can do it just by using the programming pins but you risk potential shock if those break lose and touch the high voltage.

Actually Sonoff Basic is not in outlet but it is wired next to the ceiling like so

And the are no outlets nearby. I could create one for usb power plug but it would be ugly and I would rather want end result to be something as discreet and compact as possible.

How about overloading the Sonoff Power converter, causing it to overheat, starting a fire and burning your house down.

I don’t know what the parameters of the Sonoff are, but I can’t imagine cheap equipment like this is over-engineered, so trying to get it to run anything more than it is designed to could be very dangerous.
