Yeah good luck with that. I blew up the supplied rectifier diode wiring up a RGBW2 (it’s external, goes in the switch box) because I had a brain fart and wired it backwards. Thankfully it’s the only issue I’ve had installing Shelly devices (I have about 20).
Not only can they not supply a new diode (I offered to pay for it) they can’t even give me the specs so I can fashion my own. The only option they gave me was to purchase an entirely new $40 RGBW to obtain a new $0.10 diode.
Not impressed with Shelly support to say the least.
