Hi all,
I’m very new to home assistant and have a question. I have an Ikea Tradri hub connected to HomeKit and Home assistant. I have an Ikea power plug and when I turn on the power plug through Home Assistant, it turns on and in HomeKit it is also shown as “on”. But the other way around doesn’t work. So if I turn the plug on with HomeKit it doesn’t show that it’s turned on in Home Assistant.
I want to make an automation that sends me a notification when the power plug is turned on (with Home Assistant) but the trigger (plug is turned on) is not working because I turn on the heater with HomeKit.
Does anybody knows why this doesn’t work?
