For you electronics gurus, I am trying to power a ESP32

This one.

With one of these regulators.

Should this work?

What’s the power source you’re using that you’re looking to regulate to 3.3V?

For the regulator you originally linked? Yes. You’d either get too much voltage drop for the ESP to work, or you’d let the magic smoke out.

It’s quite important.

Thanks, I’ll grab some of those other ones tomorrow and hope I haven’t damaged my esp32
