Powerwall 3 and dashboard energy setup Can anyone help with this please

Does anyone know how to set all the correct settings from the Tesla powerwall 3 into the HA energy configuration so everything shows up correctly as that dashboard is supported to work please?

(I can get close but there always seem to be parts incorrect)

I dont think this is correct as there seems to be no link from battery to grid!

I think I may now have it set correctly (can anyone see if they agree please)

What integration are you using to connect your powerwall 3 with HA?

this

is it still working for you? tried to setup with IP address and last 5 characters of serial number and all passwords available on PW3/Gateway but none are working. Thisi is the first time i have tried setting up.
Saw a reddit post where others are saying it stopped working for their PW3…

I had the same issue, reverted to using the fleet API.

no problem with my setup

Hi Everyone - been trying to play with this all day and found myself testing options out from this thread.

I have just had installed the Powerwall 3, I have a gatway 2 connected. Going through the setup and on the app I can see everything. I assigned a fixed IP and jumped into HA.

Punched it in, used the last 5 characters of the gateway printed password, I just keep getting “A connection error occurred while connecting to the Powerwall:” sometimes a to many API calls when trying different things.

I can’t seem to connect direct to the Gateway as per Tesla, it says i should see a device TEG-xxx or something but that doesn’t show for me. I also have the unit hard wired if that helps.

I ping form my PC the ip address i assigned and its seen, when i typoe it in a browser I get a 404. I tried https:///api/login/basic - and it says Method Not Allowed

I tried the route of Tesla Fleet. I do not have Nginx, using Nabu Casa, the Tesla Fleet doesn’t work it seems unless I do some magix with Nginx as Tesla doesn’t like the /local/ folder structure.

Can anyone shed some light on all this for me?

I had the exact same problem and exact same troubleshooting steps and issues.

The way I got my powerwall 3 to work was to use the Tesla Fleet integration, rather than the Tesla powerwall one.

That got the control and sensor entities in HA

Then I followed this guide to set them all up in the energy dashboard
