Moving my HA install from current machine (Debian Supervised) to an M73 10AX tiny (Hopefully Bare metal HASSOS). Any pre-move recommendations? Is there anything other than Backups I should download first or manually copy down?

You should be okay. One thing to remember:
You will need to set the IP address on your destination machine after restoring from your backups. The restore won’t do this.
You will need to disconnect your old machine or change its IP address before you do this.
I have an m72 and I had to update the BIOS to install any linux os. May not be a problem with m73.
I should probably boot the Windows OS it came with and let it do any BIOS updates first. I assume Lenovo sticks one of their bloatware “keep your PC updated” apps on these things.
So reserve the same IP for the new box as the old one.

It’s possible that it won’t matter but, if you have anything that expects to find HA or any of your add-ons at a particular address then, it will matter. An MQTT broker is a prime example.

Well that depends whether you have set things up to access by hostname or IP address.
DNS is this newfangled thing which is supposed to do away with IP addressing and hosts files.
Don’t have one running. But so far everything works as usual. I’m just locking down the IP it picked up now, and resetting the address in all the mobile apps to the new one.
All done. Very sweeeet. New bare metal HassOS unit up & running. Onboarding a little glitchy: Onboarding seemed stuck/frozen after I selected restore from back-up, but I power cycled once…and poof! my old login screen appeared (at the new address…oh well, It’s livable) with ALL MY SHIT still looking like ALL MY SHIT.

I was not. It was a UEFI system, unlike the box I am migrating off of (M73 desktop that I neglected to update the BIOS on before I tried to bare metal OS-it). Disabled Secure Boot & everything went reasonably well.
