Preparing Hass.io without progress

Hello,

just downloaded the image for the Raspberry Pi Zero and flashed it with Etcher to a 32 GB SD card.
My Zero is connected to the network by a USB-Ethernet adapter. I can see the Hassio in my FritzBox and also load the startpage, which says “Preparing Hass.io”.
But that’s it. No progress at all. I already tried a different Pi Zero, an other SD card, changed the USB Ethernet adapter and also an other power adapter.
What else can i do to make the system run?

How long did you wait?

On a pi zero I would expect the initial setup to take some time.

I know that tze zero is not the fastest hardware.
The longest i waited was 6 hours.
Today i tried again and waited minimum 1.5 hours.

The last line i get in the console is:
usb1-1.2: unexpected tiny rx frame
