i’m using hassio on a virtual machine on my windows lap… and i download the last vdi file that i have found on the official site
i done everything right
when opened homeassistant.local:8123 i shows a page "preparing home assistant " and stays there forever
i’m waiting for hours
someone help me please!

What vm hypervisor are you using ? Virtualbox, vmware player, … ?
