Problem booting the new image hassos_rpi3-3.13.img

Hello

I need some help in order to try solve this issue.
I already have home assistant installed for a several months on the same platform raspberry pi 3 B+,connected using a ethernet cable, a but old one.

And Regarding the news I decide to install a new image on my raspberry pi 3 B+ I download the image from the official web site on the following link

Raspberry Pi 3 Model B and B+ 32bit

I have uncompressed the file downloaded and used the balenaEtcher to install the image on SD card 32GB (sandisk) no errors received during this process.

But when I try to boot the image on the Raspberry pi I continues received always the same message as you can view in the following picture

I already try to download again the image, try to flash again the sd card but is alway blocked in this point.

I’m able to ping the device on IP address, but I’m not able to access over the webbrowser to the address http://hassio.local:8123/ or over the SSH

Can anyone please help me in order to solve this ?

Thank you in advance for you support and best regards

You did wait 20 minutes before trying to access the webpage ? And I think hassio.local does not work anymore too. I think they replaced it with homeassistant.local. And you can always try xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8123,
where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address.
