Problem getting HA to Integrate remote Glances instance

I’m having difficulty getting HA to integrate Glances running on my host.

Here’s my setup…

HA: hassio VM
Host: Windows 11 Pro (21H2 updated)
Python on host: 3.10.4
Glances on host: latest version

I have successfully installed and can run Glances on my host (see screenshots below).

I have the Glances port open on my host (have also attempted integration w/o security active).

I’m wondering if running HA behind a nginx proxy is the issue? Not that I know how to resolve that, or any other issue it may be.

Please put as user and password the HA credentials.
