Problem HAOS to start Raspberry 4b 8GB after installation

Good evening, I installed the HAOS from the RbPI Imager. Then I onboarded the PC (win11). It works OK. the Raspi booted OK to the welcom page like in the picture.
how do I continue from the commandline?: HA-> ???

Home Assistant is a headless server. You connect to it via a browser on a separate device.

I assumed the Raspi will repace/be the same as the natel. On the natel the HA works perfect.

My Problem is the location the Raspberry PI will be at, when installed.
There is no Phon-Net or Privat-Network available.
I need to read in the Sensor's without depending on a network or the internet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
