Problem mit HA und conbee2 am Raspi3

Hello,
I have HA running on a Raspberry Pi 3.
Now I bought the CONBEE 2 stick to integrate Zigbee devices without cloud.
Unfortunately there are problems with the installation of the Conbee 2 stick.
I have installed the Add On deCONZ.
This I can call and under configuration I have:
/dev/serial/by-id/usb-dresden_elektronik_ingenieurtechnik_GmbH_ConBee_II_DE2426596-if00
set, nothing else changed.
It is also visible in the sidebar.
When I open the user interface I can choose between Phoscon and deConz.
I click on Phoscon, don’t create a group and go to the 3 bars on the top left. After that on
Gateway. The first time I could update the firmware. Version 2.11.05
Next to firmware it says not connected! Is that correct?
Now I tried under Sensors to connect my Xiaomi Temp/Humidity Sensor WSDCGQ01LM
under Sensors.
This should work, right?
Unfortunately it was not found.
Also a motion detector from Lidl (Silvercrest) was not found.
Furthermore I tried to call deCONZ in the HA via Settings / Integrations.
I went to the button at the bottom right “+Add”, searched there for deCONZ
and called it. Here it asks for a HOST, the port 80 is default.
As host I tried everything possible, e.g. /dev/ttyACM0.
Then it always comes the message:

Connect to deCONZ
Unlock your deCONZ gateway to register it with Home Assistant.

Go to the deCONZ system settings
Press the “Unlock Gateway” button
SEND

I have clicked in Phoscon before under Gateway/Advanced on “Connect App”.

Unfortunately I always get the message

“No API key could be retrieved”.

Maybe someone can help me, what did I not pay attention to?

By the way, I have on my SD card in the Config.txt still the two lines:

enable_uart=1
dtoverlay=pi3-miniuart-bt

added.

Thanks a lot
with kind regards Jürgen
