Problem with adding Thermostat card using Nest

I’ve got the Nest configured properly so I can see it as an entity on my main screen. When I try adding a thermostat card, it generates this message:

I’m sure I don’t have something set right with climate, but I’m not sure what it is, since everything is working without the thermostat card.

All help is greatly appreiciated!

can you share how you setup your nest thermostat?
It appears the lovelace card cannot find/use it.

Remove the dash before climate.family_room.
