I had HA working on and old MacBook with external access and self signed certs. I decided to get a domain name and real ssl cert. SSL cert is from comodo. The original self signed certs were located in /.homeassistant. I received a zip file containing domain_name.crt and domain_name.ca-bundle. I added the content of the ca bundle (intermediate and root cert.) to the end of domain_name.crt. I replaced old self signed certs with domain_name.crt and domain_name.key and changed config to reflect this. Added domain_name as base url with no https or :8123. Port 443 is forwarded to 8123 in router. UI will not launch. Any suggestions or experience setting up a comodo ssl on HA. thank you

Never resolved the issue on mac. I installed ubuntu on another old desktop and started over. Started right up with ssl and no problems
