Problem with connecting Cobee 2

Hi, I have problem with connecting my Conbee 2.

I’m currently running Hassio 0.91.4 on Rasberry Pi. I have connected the Conbee stick to USB port on the Pi. Installed the Deconz addon (which apparently was discovered by Home Assistant), changed its config to device": “/dev/ttyUSB0” but when I start the addon I keep getting “Wait reconnect x seconds” (full log below). When I open the WebUi the stick apparently is also not connetced (in settings it says: “Firmware Not connected”; “ZigBee channel 0”, “Network id 0x0000”). Am I missing something?

@JozMar Same problem but running Hass.io 0.92.1.

I have the following in my configuration.yaml

deconz:
  host: 192.168.x.xxx
  port: 8080

where the host ip is to my Rasberry Pi.

Do you also have this entry and the same port?

I hade the same problem until I changed from “/dev/ttyUSB0” to “/dev/ttyACM0”

Thanks @micke999!!! That solved my problem

My Conbee II now shows in Phoscon-GW and I could pair my Aqara sensor that also showed up in Hass.io.

Try to do it like this
Go to Hass.io - System - Host System - hardware and find the list of USB port. Copy the path to the first USB port and paste this into the deConz configuration.
Start deConz and open the web UI.
In Phoscon app - open the Gateway. Look at the Firmware section. If it gives you a firmware number you are good. If the Firmware is “Not connected” - go back - find the next USB path - put in into the deConz config - save - restart deConz and check again.

I’m having the same issue. It was working recently and just stopped working. I’ve tried deleting the deconz add-on and starting fresh but keep hitting the same problem after startup.

I can browse the GUI.

Running hassio

I am having the same issue as well. I am not using Hassio though, just regular Home Assistant. I have both the Aeotec Z Stick with the Conbee II. I am using the DeCONZ docker with Unraid I have found that both of these devices try to use /dev/ttyACM0 and I am getting errors. If I unplug one, sometimes the device changes to /dev/ttyACM1 or /dev/ttyACM2, and everything is fine until I restart and the problem comes back.

I am so frustrated that I eventually reset the Z Stick and thinking of starting from scratch. :frowning:

Thanks Toren, that solved it for me also.
