Hi with my pc with hassio in vm I’m connected wi fi to the modem,
But every 3-4 days loses the connection and there is no way to take it back if with the restart of the VM or PC
Could you help me to solve this problem? Thanks a lot to everyone
If I will have to guess it than I will say that you probably didn’t set up static ip address in your router for ha.
If you can connect your comp with a lan cable to your router.
Friends don’t let friends run HA in wifi.
Hi Daniel, thanks for your interest!! I have already set a Static IP in the router and unfortunately I don’t have the possibility to connect with a LAN cable. Do you think it could be a configuration problem in Homeassisatnt? Do you have any advice on what parameters to check? Thank you for your availability

I don’t know your set up but this might give you an idea.
I have router from my provider that give me internet access. I setup up local wifi mesh network using xiaomi routers and one of the routers are connected to provider router using lan cable. I have poe doorbell that is connected, over poe switch, to one of the mesh routers for internet access with a lan cable. So this doorbell in local network is acting as it was connected to the lan cable to my routers.
If you don’t have a mesh network you can try to buy powerline adapters and connect your ha with a lan cable to your router.
I really don’t know about this wifi settings you have done, but in my experience if you connect device with lan cable to one of the mesh routers it will act as it was connected with lan cable to your network.
