Problem with installation home assistant

I run Home Assistant on Hassbian and Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ like a charm.
I decide to migrate on Hass.io and download Raspberry Pi 3 Model B and B+ 32bit image
After flash SD card with Etcher and setup WIFI USB stick and put in Raspberry Pi
a cant enter in http://hassio.local:8123 and http://192.168.1.220:8123
I see hassio on my router but and add static ip address…

Please help

Problem was in NTP https://github.com/home-assistant/hassos/blob/dev/Documentation/configuration.md

You can try this one config for file timesyncd.conf in your CONFIG boot folder
[Time]
NTP=0.arch.pool.ntp.org 1.arch.pool.ntp.org 2.arch.pool.ntp.org 3.arch.pool.ntp.org
FallbackNTP=0.pool.ntp.org 1.pool.ntp.org 0.fr.pool.ntp.org
