Problem with installing ewelink addons

Hi
I have problem to install ewelink addons. I am getting this message :
The command ‘/bin/sh -c apt-get update && apt-get install -y python build-essential’ returned a non-zero code: 127
I hade the addons before but I restored to an older bakups and update the HA to latest,doese anyone know where is the problem?
