Problem with LEDVANCE lights via HA Cloud Netatmo integration

I’ve just bought a LEDVANCE Smart+ light bulb and successfully connected it to my Legrand hub via the Home+ Control app. In the app, it all works fine.

I reloaded the integration in Home Assistant and the device appears OK, so I added it to an “Entities” card on my dashboard.

If you click to switch it on, the physical lightbulb does indeed switch on, and stays on. The switch icon in the Entities card switches to the “on” position, but after a few seconds, it goes back to the “off” position. But the actual lightbulb remains on.

It’s as though HA has been looking for feedbaack to confirm that the light was switched on, doesn’t get it, and therefore returns it to the “off” position.

The problem is that now, the physical light state and the status in HA do not match - so when you click again to switch the lamp off, nothing happens - it remains on. To switch it off, you have to click twice in quick succession, so that it switches off before the icon reverts to the “off” position as describe above.

Much the same happens with a Button card on the dashboard: it switches on OK but the icon remains unlit and it refuses to switch off.

Any hope of fixing this? or a workaround?

Mike

PS if I use the Services tab under Developer Tools to call Light: Turn on and Light:Turn off, it works fine. But the Toggle service works only to switch the light on, it doesn’t switch it off.

Correction - this is the Home Assistant Cloud / Netatmo integration. Sorry!
