Returned from vacation last night. At that time everything was still working fine. I could operate all my lamps and I saw the temperature values of my smoke detectors, etc. Since this afternoon everything suddenly stopped working, several backups were restored. Finally that of the night from Thursday to Friday. I did this because I installed all the updates that were ready last night. Unfortunately the problem is still there.

There was an automatic update to the supervisor recently that requires a few restarts for addons.
Okay is i have see that yesterday en run the fixes.
But now i have restored an backup because the problem was today.

Was the backup from before or after all your updates and repairs?
What errors do you see in Settings → System → Logs ?

Now to update everything again and see if the problem resolves itself, I have no idea what to do anymore
The error in your core log indicates a malformed retained discovery message.
Without deleting that from the broker you may end up with the same problem.
There was an update for zigbee2mqtt, i had already installed this update. Now i have it installed on the home assistant version that was running on the day when i was comming back from the holiday. That fixed the problem.
I have now installed all updates and the problem is not comming back. Very strange problem. But it is fixed
