Since more than a year, we have two Mitsubishi Heavy Industries SRK50ZS-W Wit- Single-Split Airco (one 5 kW and one 2,5 kW).
They are provided with WiFi through the Smart M-Air app.
Yesterday, I tried to control one of the aircoes with the app, but it requested me to log in (while I wasn’t logged out).
When I tried to log in, there was an error message “there is a communication error [04215-900]”.
Afterwards I tried a lot of things. Reinstall the airco. re-register the airco. Uninstall the app and install it again.
I tried to make a new account. I tried it on other iPhones (not on Android).
At least there was a message “Registering is not possible, because the maximum has reached”.
Now it is not possible to log in. It is not possible to register a ‘new’ airco. It is not possible to make a new account.
With other words: I am not able to use the app.
What can I do? How can I take care there is space for registration again (how can I delete registrations)?
Are there alternative appswhich I can use to to control the aircoes?
Try completly uninstalling the android app. I tried clearing data and cache it still didnt work. After reinstalling and login after confirming policy and etc it worked and can operate my acs now. If you use an iPhone should be same i guess dint check on ios as i dont have a apple device.
I’ve just had the same issue and before I was going to delete the app, I’ve checked the App Store. Apparently the app needed an update. Now it works again. So try that first!
Does anybody have experience connecting the smart m air app to google home?!
For what its worth, i dont use HA (yet) but run into the same problem last night( communication error 04215-900). Followed the advice to un/in-stall the app (Samsing android tablet) …but still could not loging but this time with: check email pswd…
So, asked for new pswd… guess what… same message…
sometimes shit happens i guess, got to diggggg deeper i guess…
Hello, i have the same issue since last week. I wrote to assistance but didnt answer. Iam away hundreds miles from units i have to control, so i would like to know if i uninstall and reinstall app , will have to register units again in their proximity? Or i can enter my account again and find everytning (serial number, type, model and so on) in new app?
Shortly: will i have to be there to register again my devices on app?
Somebody did it already? Thankyou
When you are finally able to login, the devices will still be registered with your email address. So you don’t need to register them again (so long you don’t change your email address…)
Thankyou very much! I solved it. 2 days ago, it was working again on ipad, automatically, maybe auto update was successful.
On iphone instead, was still blocked. So i follow your hint and removed and reinstalled app. Its ok now. Thanks again
