Problem with remote access with static IP to HA Android app

Hello dear community. I’m new on this forum, but till now i can figure out everything by my self. But i come to the moment when i can not find the solution how to fix problem. I have already searched the forum, but i can’t find anything what can help me. So. I have static ip in my home, and I create ip address forwarding for HA.i have configure secrets and SSH etc. Result is that when i go to log in from my lan or from outside i got message:

"You access the Home Assistant’s location at http: //homeassistant.local: 8123 /.

Login using the Legacy API Password.
Please enter API password in HTTP configuration:"

I can’t change user. i just have to put old password, and i’m logged in. I can connect remotely from my ip address.
But when i try to use Android app. Sind I have made Secrets, i Got error, that App can not connect with home Assistant server. I try also from my IP remotely, and local. Always the same message. But when i try to connect from browser works well. Can somebody help me figure out how to fix that problem?
