Been running fine on RPi Raspbian stretch. Just today upgraded from 0.110 to Home Assistant 0.111.4. When I login to my HA portal, I get message “Home Assistant is starting, not everything will be available until it is finished”. Saw in release notes that this is new for .111 so I waited 15 mins but the msg remains. No error msg in my logs.
I then systematically removed components one by one and when “stream” component was finally removed from configuration.yaml, HA starts normally. Added it back and msg returns.
Noticed that the stream component states “requires at least FFmpeg >= 4”. I was running FFmpeg v3, so I manually compiled ffmpeg and installed the 4.2.2 version but still having same message upon restarting HA.
Any clues on how to fix this problem? Thanks.
