Problem with the graphs, reset counter every so many days

Good morning to the whole forum.
I noticed that one of my “[integration] Shelly Plug (16A)”
Every so many days it resets, the graph of incremental consumption, and I always start from zero.
In the graph of the year the kWh consumption is correct…
A few solutions to the problem…

I attach screenshot

Thanks in advance…

Looks like it is resetting every month. This should not be an issue for the energy dashboard.

However if you want an ever increasing sensor you can use a Utility meter with no reset cycle:

Yes it is a problem, only he does it to me… other integrations always “Shelly various devices” … No!!!

I’ve had some devices for a few weeks, some for months, some for years…
and they’re all ok, and I’ve never used “Utility Meter”

why?

anyway thanks for the reply…

I’m pretty sure the energy sensors from Shelly devices reset when the device loses power.

The utility meter will remember the total for you though.

Honestly that socket, every now and then is de-powered, but also the other devices are “rarely” de-powered (when I take down the general electrical panel). And all the others keep the memory. Maybe because that device is older, with another chip??? I don’t know…!!!

I will try to use, but is there a possibility of starting with the CORRECT TOTAL consumption???

Which is 109.23 kWh

Yes there is. The Utility Meter has a “calibrate” action that you can use to set the sensor value. You can run this in Developer Tools → Actions.

I configured it this way, I hope it’s right…

I’ll try it these days and see how it goes…

thanks for the answers and your patience…

have a nice day
