There is a warning in the setup process somewhere that your IP address needs to come from the same region as your selected data center is in.
You might want to/have to set up your Tuya/Smart Life and/or your ‘developer’ account at https://iot.tuya.com/ in the same region as your IP address.

Having the same issue, everything was working fine, all my 19 devices were showing up and working perfectly under the new Tuya integration. then all of sudden.
I can only see 1 device. rest not showing up.
even though i can still see ALL on my smartlife/Tuya app… only one shows up.
very frustrating.

You seem to be describing a totally different issue. OP can’t even load the integration.

What makes you think your issue is the same? BTW if it isn’t, you will probably get better visibility by opening your own topic.

hi
my tuya app and tuya iot site the same region.
data center is china and region israel.

Judging from the table here the two countries - unsurprisingly - seem to be in different regions:

After fiddeling around with the new Integration an finally got it not working with a permission error, i decided to drop all my tuya stuff. It is a way to complicated and i really do not like to have such an overblown IOT Dev account with an trial status. In consequence i also wrote an email to tuya techsupport to delete the account and all my data there. I am now really feed up with this tuya stuff.

1.I create another account in tuya app
2.I create new account iot tuya site
3.Create a new cloud project and link my app (with barcode)
4.all components shown and i control them from site.
5.new tuya integration install.
6.i write all details and now my error is: Login error (2406): skill id invalid
7.i dont undetstand what worng ?

Yep Tuya v2 integration seems to be no good in 10.5; did a restore back to HA 9.6. Will not upgrade again until this mess is fixed

So I rollback to core 2021.9.7 from this point tuya integration works wonderful.
thank to all helpers.

I have the same issue and also restore back to 9.6.
Wait for the issue will be solved.

Have the same issue with 2021.11.1

→ Anmeldefehler (2007): your ip() cross-region access is not allowed

App Account → China (it is not possible to change region here)
Tuya Account → China
Scan was successfull.

The only way to fix that is to create new tuya platform account and new tuya app account with other region and add the devices one more time.
This is not good but a “workaroudn”.

I have the strange situation that my app shows UK and IOT can only connect to the app if i chose chinse datacentre.
So what should i do login the app with another email and change the location to china?

Well, as you said is a workaround, but having 10+ devices this is indeed far from solution.

I love HA, but having all the work, it’s just keep the tuya app until this goes better method.
