When I try to use the disk which i downloaded from home assistant website hassos_ova-5.12.vmdk.xz ‘I renamed the disk to hassos_ova-5.12.vmdk’ on vmware workstation 16. I get an error message. The file specified is not a virtual disk. Is this a known issues? should i rename the disk afterwords? can anybody help please
Im also having the same issue have you been able to fix it up yet. I have tried renaming the file but still not working. i noticed that they all have the.xz file type on them and have even tried removign the .xz but still not working. can someone please help with this issue.
