Hi,I just bought the xiaomi homd kit here in Italy in the official Mi store in Rome.
I wasn’t able to get lan control working on my gateway.
I’ve tried to set region to Honk kong(china) but I don’t see the "about"section where I must go to.
If I set china as region(instead of honk kong),I’m not able to configure my gateway,I don’t see it during the paring
The language is set to English.
I don’t know what else to do,have you some ideas??
Hey mate, I have exactly the same problem as you, I think it’s related to the fact that it’s Eu gateway, do you have the V2 version also ?
I think that could be it.
I’ve also ordered another gateway from aliexpress(spain) and I want to give it a try and see what happens.
I just have one doubt…I did the configuration of my gateway in italian server first and then I switched to the chinese server.
I think that during the first pairing,the gateway was updated while being on italian server.That could be the problem.
We might reset it to factory so ? Maybe dig in this way
