Problems getting Russound_RNET Configuration using Global Cache IP2SL-P

TLDL: Configured Configuration.yaml properly per documentation but never see an error or connection to Russound CA66 over TCP

Setup:
I’ve been on HomeSeer using the Russound plugin for 10+ years. My current config:
Homeseer Plugin configured for Com 4
—>
Windows Virtual Serial Ports Emulator (x64) on Com 4 redirected to 192.168.0.11:4999
—>
Global Cache GC100 POE (192.168.0.11) Serial Port version
→
Serial Port > Russound CA66

This has been working great but I would like to move to Home Assistant and this is my last blocker.
