Failed to perform the action update/install. Error trying to update Reolink firmware: Reolink device could not find new firmware, try downloading from the Reolink download center (Download Center – Reolink) and update manually

I am also using the reolink App that I am also using

System / Maintance / firmware update / Check for Latest Version
It says The Most current version is installed

I have tried to install several times with or without the Reolink app running or haveing been run before it with the same results

I am confused to what you are trying to install here when it says the most current version from reolink is currently installed

The reolink camera showes the current version identical to what you Home Assistant says on this update screen

Just figured I would report this after researching it.

I don’t have a solution but I am experiencing the same behaviour.

I am having a similar issue, but I believe Home Assistant is incorrectly detecting the firmware version.

On my Reolink desktop client and Reolink android app, I see a firmware version of v3.4.0.293_24010837, but HA shows v3.0.0.388_21062101.

Maybe this is related to the fact that I only connect my NVR, and all the cameras are connected to HA “via NVR”.

Edit: Nevermind, the Reolink client is kind of confusing looking at NVR firmware vs Camera firmware and I was misreading it.
