who can help me where i have to look to fix it??

Hey, i have the same problem with my CCU3!

All homematic devices works fine in my setup, but the only homematic ip device i have doesn’t work! i think thats the problem.

But i don’t know exactly what should i do to fix this

If you don’t solve your problem until yet you could try to add resolvenames, username and password to the sections you need.

As stated in this thread I have problems with Homematic IP devices too. They were working without a problem for months.
I am not sure if the problem started with the 0.100 versions of Home Assistant or an update to RaspberryMatic (which uses the same source code as used in the original CCUs).

after few reboots and a system update it is now runing.
what i don t understand is why the homematic devices doesn t show up in the device list
