Problems with (initial) Z-Wave configuration

Hello,

recently switched to a RPi4, running the Home Assistant Image (32-Bit).
Decided to renew my cvonfig completely, so far everythings works, but having issues with Z-Wave.

I use a Aeotek Z-Wave stick, which ran fine on my previous RPi3.
Already rebooted the whole system, restarted the Z-Wave network, etc.

The log told me following:

No clue what the problem is and why it is not setting up?
Beside the Z-Wave stick, i have a rfxtrx USB controller running, but had the same for my old RPi3 and it runs still fine on the RPi4.
I am using the integration with the device name /dev/ttyAMA0 as shown in “ha hardware info” command on the terminal add-in.

Thanks for help in adavnce!

There are known issues with the Aeotec Z-Wave stick and the rPi4: Setting up Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5, Z-Wave Plus USB on Raspberry Pi 4

The recommendation to fix it is to put it on an externally powered USB hub as the rPi4 is really strict about power output from the USB ports.

Just saw Aeotec released a Gen5 PLUS stick now which they confirm RPi4 compatibility.
Anyone already used this stick? Did not see where it is available in Germany, the company listed by the vendor is somewhat freaky…
