if anyone has the need to measure and control temperatures, my ThetaMon project could be of interest.
With these devices, you could read DS18B20 sensors and one BME280 sensor. The BME measures temperature, humidity and pressure. Depending on the measurements, two relays can be controlled, i.e. for a heating.
I integrated my devices to HA via MQTT. On Github, you find it documented.
