Provisioned Devices - Newbie

Hello, I am new to Home Assistant.
I purchased and assembled a Home Assistant Yellow.
I have Z-Wave up and running and I have finally finished migration 64 hard-wired Z-Wave outlets and switches from SmartThings to HAOS.

Lot of lessons learned along the way…

Couple Questions…

Under Z-Wave Integration I see
Devices, Entities, and Provisioned Devices.

Under Provisioned Devices I see 9 listings…
Five have a checkmark
Four have a “delete/X” symbol.

Some of my S2 devices came over as “insecure” - which I accepted.

But do I need to do anything with these?
Are they tied to any of the 64 devices I have successfully functioning?

My thinking is they are devices identified but not yet integrated?
I do have 14 battery sensors which I have yet to begin trying to integrated (all Z-Wave)…

Just curious what this menu shows as the devices are only listed with DSK ID

Any tips on integrating battery sensors?

I also have yet to pull in my Door Locks - which have always been a pain… I have two of those.

These are devices you scanned SmartStart QR codes for. The X symbol means they aren’t included, or weren’t included with SmartStart (or possibly classic inclusion with S2, can’t remember if that is linked).

FYI, Z-Wave JS UI provides a much more useful list of the same info. It provides Manufacturer name, product name, and type, so you can at least get an idea of what the entry is for.
