I know this subject pops up all over the place but can someone explain to me how to get home assistant and frigate working in different lxc.
At the moment if you install frigate in a separate lxc (which takes some configuring) it runs great. BUT if you then install home assistant in a separate lxc the install deletes stuff from/dev/dri so when you reboot frigate fails on its GPU passthrough rendering it
inoperable. Why does home assistant think it owns the whole system?

Make your life easier and run Home Assistant in a VM as opposed to an LXC.
