Every few days I loose connection with HA.
At the same time I can see a spike in disk i/o, and network traffic going down.
Anyone having the same problem?
No one can help you before you provide more details from your logs. Check both home-assistant.log and home-assistant.log.1 for any unusual things.
Remember to remove any personal data before posting them here.
