There is HADASHBOARD on tablet (android). I would like to play sound alert into this device (via browser?). To use it as an alarm sound (based on alarm state). Is there some way hot to play sound in the hadashboard? Thanks.

I don’t think HADashboard can play any sounds but you could install zanzito on the tablet and send an mqtt alarm to it from HA and you can get it to read aloud your push notifications sent from HA.
