Pushbullet sensor not working?

HI using the pushbullet sensor https://www.home-assistant.io/components/pushbullet/#sensor

with my config:

sensor:
  - platform: pushbullet
    api_key: !secret pushbullet_api_key
    monitored_conditions:
      - body
#      - application_name
      - notification_id
      - notification_tag
#      - package_name
#      - receiver_email
#      - sender_email
      - source_device_iden
      - title
      - type

I see many sensors for all set monitored conditions, and they all are unknown… this seems to be rather useless ;-(

Am I doing something wrong here, or is this sensor component simply not waking correctly.

using the same api key, I do get my notifications in all the time.

I’m presuming you’ve actually replied to one of the messages you sent from HA at some point?

I have actually, not knowing what the effect would be tbh. Don’t see an answer arriving anywhere. Thing is in the app only my phone is listed as a device.

I send notifications from Ha to that phone, not the other way round.

So maybe there’s no use for the sensor?

Doesn’t look like it’s working properly then. I’d moved over to telegram way before this sensor came out so never used it, but yeah, I was under the impression that it was supposed to display the details of incoming messages so if it isn’t doing that for you something is wrong.

Are you able to send and receive notification from home assistant with telegram ?
