Hi guys,
I’m finally getting my home assistant set up and have one outstanding issue I can’t seem to find a fix for.
my home assistant logs are constantly spammed with the following issue
2017-11-20 15:35:35 WARNING (Thread-13) [pychromecast.socket_client] Heartbeat timeout, resetting connection
2017-11-20 15:36:05 ERROR (Thread-5) [pychromecast.socket_client] Failed to connect, retrying in 5.0s
I have:
1 sony bravia with built in chromecast
1 chromecast plugged directly into mains power
1 google home
how can I remove this issue?
many thanks
Did you ever resolve this? My logs are absolutely filled with this stuff. I can’t figure out how to make it stop. I have a couple of Chromecasts and a Google Home; I only really use the Google Home with HA as a TTS speaker.

Yes I am. It’s been going on for a long time. Currently on 0.65.6.
