QOS settings not taking in zigbee2mqtt

Hi there.
I want to set up QOS2 for all my devices. I have configured the zigbee2mqtt/configuration.yaml file to have every device with QOS2 but checking with MQTT explorer doesn’t show any working on that. What have I done wrong? Can none of my devices handle it?

Something else I’ve noticed that may be related. In the UI, if I try and add the QOS value under settings, it will disappear after few seconds. I will add the 2 and after a couple seconds will just go blank. A couple other fields were also acting strange and I couldn’t remove a setting so I just took it as an issue with the UI.
