Hello, i use a Wi-Fi thermostat (Datasheet)in the bathroom. This is my only way of telling the temperature (and current state of heating) in the bathroom. As it’s name indicates, it’s connected via WiFi so also controlled by the ‘Quality Heating’ app, but i’d like to integrate it in HA as well. Anyone got any luck getting this integrated?

I also have the same question. From first view it looks like QH app is a white labeled Tuya Smart for which there is an integration available, however trying to login with my credentials from QH in Tuya Smart is not possible.
Possible: reset the system and add devices to Tuya Smart?
Any update on this? Like to know too 
I downloaded the tuya smart app (the quality heating app is basically the same app with a different logo on top) and re-added the device there. After a bit of trial and error I got the tuya app connected to HA, which gave me access to all the data from the wifi thermostat. So basically the quality heating app was the problem!
