Qubino Flush 1D relay (ZMNHND) temperature reading not working

Hello, I attached a temperature sensor (DS18B20) to the Qubino and I was able to read out the temperature until I upgraded Zwave JS.
Now the entity is shown as Unavailable and I get the message “This entity is no longer being provided by the zwave_js integration. If the entity is no longer in use, delete it in settings.”

Did something change in zwave_js and the particular integration or shall I look for a different problem?
I performed a search in the forum but did not see anything related to this issue.

I have one of these with the temperature sensor and it’s working with Z-wave JS UI 9-14-5 and Z-wave JS 12-12-3.

You were pretty sparse in providing details. What version did you upgrade from and to?

I upgraded from addon_core_zwave_js_0.1.84 to addon_core_zwave_js_0.4.3

No change to the Z-wave integration? Unfortunately, I use the Z-wave-JS UI Add-on, so I’m not sure how to help further.
