Question for Alarm Panel (Concord / NX584) Users

I have a question fro primarily Concord232 Alarm panel users, but I would also like NX584 users to chime in.
Are you able to disarm your system without using a code input via Home Assistant?

I am able to in my Concord232 system. As a matter of fact I am able to do this using the Concord232s own Client- xxxx doesn’t have to be the correct code:

$ concord232_client disarm --master xxxx

My questions:

  1. Do you guys have to enter a code?

I see 3 scenarios:

  1. Some kind of misconfiguration on my Concord Alarm Panel that allows the bus to disarm without a code.
  2. No code is by design necessary on the bus and the code works as intended. If that is the case, I think the HA Alarm Panel code should be changed so it is possible to ad a code thats defined in the HA config. We could still keep a no code option. I think its essential to be able to have a code option.
  3. There is a problem with the Concord232 Server Code.
