Questions on IKEA Tradfri Light Bulb Firmware

I am looking into updating my IKEA Tradfri lightbulbs’ firmware.

I currently use three types of bulbs:

  1. E27 600lm, dimmable colour and white spectrum (cws) opal white LED1624G9 - Zigbee ID: TRADFRI bulb E27 CWS opal 600lm
  2. E27 1000 lumen, dimmable white spectrum (ws) opal white - LED1732G11 - Zigbee ID: TRADFRI bulb E27 WS opal 1000lm
  3. E27 806 lumen, dimmable, warm white - LED1836G9 - Zigbee ID: TRADFRI bulb E27 WW 806lm

I have two questions:

Question 1: How can I figure out if a firmware upgrade would bring any benefit; where can I read release notes of specific firmware versions?

The above release notes do not specify much about what a firmware version includes. Example:

Release Version: 1.13.0
29th June 2020
WS2.0 OPAL (V-2.0.029).

=> What does this firmware version add?

Question 2: How can I map IKEA Tradfri model numbers to firmware filenames?

With some guess-work, I mapped the first two bulb models to the below filenames which I found in the above-mentioned JSON list. I cannot find a good match for my third model bulb though. Can anyone give some advice around this?

Are you using ZHA?
seems like ZHA supports OTA FIRMWARE UPDATES for Ikea?

Are you able to use all features of the different light bulbs (like the 9 colors of the 600 lm bulb)?

Slightly off-topic question. Could someone tell me if IKEA Trådfri zigbee light bulbs works with ZHA integration using a Sonoff Zigbee bridge flashed with Tasmota and EmberZNet firmware?

Also having the same question. There are some pairing bugs on the Tradfri lights, but I don’t know if the firmware updates fix them or if they have side effects. Any updates?
