Radio CT30 Thermostat + Zwave

Does anyone have this working? I’ve paired successfully, it shows up in open-zwave-control-panel successfully with the different operating modes, temperature settings, etc.

But in HomeAssistant all I’m seeing is the sensor for the temperature. I don’t get a climate item. I’ve manually added this to my config with no success either:

climate:
  platform: zwave

Hoping someone might have this working, as I had two ecobees die and was hoping to use this as a cheap replacement and do all the automation of the heating modes + temps with homeassistant.
