Random access to user interface/app

Hello,

I have installed a small server on a mini-pc (this one Mini PC CORE I5-3320M 2.60 Ghz / 4 Go / 64 SSD / Windows 10 | eBay), with a few zigbee sensors. I have added the duckdns module to access the server from the internet with https. On my android I installed the HA app.

My problem is that sometimes, I can’t reach my server (I got the message “unable to connect to Home Assistant, retrying in…”). But I can’t see a pattern : sometimes the problem appears when I am on the LAN, sometimes when I am on the Internet… but a few minutes later, no problem. I have no configuration when it never works. It just seems random. Same on the app (I seldom manage to make it work, but sometime I do).

Any idea how I could debug ?

update : my internet access was set up in IPV6, and my phone was set up in IPV4. I could reach the home page from my phone, but only when I was connected on wifi, which I hadn’t spotted…
